Web Project 8

Project 8 so far was the longest and most complex project I have worked on so far. The very first thing we had to do is make sure that our background image was a seamless background image and it wouldn't look strange.  You can see the code for the concrete background in the code of the CSS page (2nd page). After we had the seamless background we started on the actual website and adding biography information using the "Strong" code. After we had information about ourselves we added a picture of ourselves which we had edited to make sure the coloring  on it was good and so was the size of the picture. After we put in the photo using "wrapper"(see 2nd page) we finished up putting in our information and added a link page in which we would put a couple of sites that we frequently visit and add the links to the page. I had trouble at first inputing my photo the correct way along with making the actual links work but I was able to fix both problems. I fixed the photo problem by naming it correctly and making sure the name matched up with the initial code and I fixed the links by adding quotations marks that I had forgotten to add. After all of that we had to take out the CSS rules and put them in an entirely separate page and call it Project8CSS.css so that it will still count the CSS rules for the other pages. Overall I found this project to be rather challenging and quite difficult to finish. Overall I feel like I finished it correctly with an expiation that I still can't get the concrete background quite right. In this project I had learned many things including how to make a CSS page, how to make a seamless background, and even how to color correct a photo.
