My First Web Projects
Its hard to Imagine that when I started all I was able to do was edit some simple text in TextMate to make it say two words. Slowly though I started to learn and I was able to at least make links!
This Is fourth project on the right. sadly for these first couple projects I can no longer find the code so you just get the end product. This next project is when I realized you can actually save it as a html! Of course, I was supposed to save these last couple projects as an html but I just didn't understand what that meant...

Not only did I save this one as an html but I also learned how to use colors in a website! Not too long after this project I graduated from using text mate and I started using Adobe Dreamweaver which I found to by SO much easier to use. It can be more complicated because of all the css rules but overall seeing what I was making instead of just some text felt so much better.
This one was one of my very first Dreamweaver websites. We learned how to use iframes and we inserted a poem and then the author of the poem. If you don't know what an iframe is then I will tell you. An iframe is a window that you can see into a different window. in this instance you can see into my poem html and a wikipedia page in one window and you can even still scroll in them. To see this website just click Here.
This early dreamweaver project was about using a rollover image. A rollover image is an imagine that when you hover over it, it shows something else. In this case when you highlight the birds you can see its name and see it colored. Try it out yourself right here!
So these were 5 projects that I started very early this year. They are pretty basic, all they did was teach me basic skills I need to know for when I made a full website but they still were fun and fulfilling to see finished. If you want to see some of my newer websites just check them out under the Website tag or if you want to see my early animations check out my animation Portfolio!
